You can pay securely online with debit/credit card. For regular contracts, invoicing is also available.

Are your drivers qualified?
Absolutely. All of our drivers are CRB/DBS checked, fully licensed by Liverpool City Council, and have over 20 years of road experience

Our family understands ASD, ADHD, and sensory processing needs personally. Our minibuses are designed with sensory-friendly activities, calming tools, and entertainment to create a stress-free environment.

We are based in Merseyside but can travel across the UK for airport transfers, events, and family trips.
Do your drivers have autism awareness training?
Yes. Our drivers and staff are trained in autism and sensory-friendly travel, ensuring a safe, calm, and understanding environment for all passengers. we are also apart of the sunflower lanyard scheme

Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are generally non-refundable, we will happily transfer the deposit over if you book again .read our term and conditions here
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. All our drivers are fully qualified, and our vehicles are regularly inspected, insured, and compliant with transport regulations.
How does your charity donation work?
For every trip we complete, we donate £1 to @neurodiverse_family_support to help SEN families in Merseyside.
