Deposits & Payments
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than day of travel.
- We accept payments via [card / bank transfer / online portal, Apple Pay google pay, invoice, clearpay
Cancellations
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before travel will not incur further charges.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel may result in the full fare being charged.
- To cancel, please contact us by phone or email (see below).
Amendments & Changes
- We understand plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to amend your booking.
- Minor changes (e.g., passenger details, pick-up times) are usually free of charge.
- Significant changes (e.g., destination changes, rescheduling) may result in an additional fee.

Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that all booking details (names, dates, times, destinations) are correct at the time of booking.
- Be ready to travel at the agreed time. Delays may shorten your service or incur extra charges.
Travel & Timing
- Please allow enough time for your journey, especially for airport transfers.
- Spectrum Travel Ltd is not responsible for missed flights or connections due to delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Luggage & Belongings
- Excess or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
- Spectrum Travel Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during travel.

- Ant, the owner of Spectrum Travel, is a parent of four children with various disabilities, including ADHD, autism, sensory processing challenges, global delays, and non-verbal communication. This personal experience allows us to truly empathise with your situation.
- Our commitment is to ensure that every journey is both safe and comfortable. We understand the unique challenges that can arise and are dedicated to meeting your specific needs.
- Our vehicles are equipped with the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant travel experience. If you have special requests or require additional support, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Conduct & Safety
- For safety reasons, no smoking or illegal substances are allowed in our vehicles.
- Alcohol may be restricted depending on the type of trip—please check with us in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger is unfit to travel, disruptive, or endangers others.

Liability
- We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, accidents, road closures, government restrictions).
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
Complaints
- We aim to provide excellent service every time. If you have a concern, please contact us in writing within 7 days of travel.
- We will acknowledge all complaints and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
Data Protection & Privacy
- Your personal data will only be used for managing your booking and providing your service.
- We do not share your information with third parties, except where required to deliver your journey.
Driver & Service Availability
- Please be aware that you may receive a different driver and bus than the one you originally selected. If this occurs, we will contact you to inform you of the change.
- While we strive to provide all requested services, availability may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns or flight delays. In such cases, we will do our utmost to arrange a comparable option and keep you updated throughout the process.
Driver Standards
- All of our drivers are fully licensed, insured, and undergo DBS checks.
- Many of our drivers have experience working with families of children with special educational needs (SEN), so you can feel confident in their understanding and support..
